ECOTECH INTERNATIONAL (ETI) was founded in 2007 to bring comprehensive, integrated green building design and ‘Cleantech’ technology solutions to China, India and the U.S.

As a result of more than ten years of green building experience throughout China, American SINOTECH (AST), a subsidiary of ETI, was created by ETI Founder and Chairman, Rob Watson, to establish a dedicated presence in the region.

AST develops and implements strategies, programs and projects in green buildings, smart growth and sustainable development for governments and their agencies, as well as for private developers and commercial firms in the buildings and development sector.

AST has developed a unique, integrated market transformation approach to urbanization and building development, providing high-performance, economical green strategies and solutions to regions, cities, neighborhoods, buildings and companies.

AST's approach strives for maximum benefit for minimum cost, and uses the most sophisticated approaches to support our clients' green development goals.

AST forms Creative Partnerships with:

  • National, Provincial and Local Governments and Government Agencies:
    AST works with government agencies developing laws, regulations and policies, complementing these regulatory approaches with market-based standards and incentive programs.

  • Private Developers and Corporations:
    For private developers and corporations, AST provides strategic positioning, marketing, and branding services, complemented by technical services for projects ranging from individual buildings to new town developments.
