• Commissioning Services
  AST offers system commissioning for air conditioning and other building systems, as well as for integrated water systems. The benefits of commissioning include reduced energy use, lower operating costs, reduced contractor callbacks, better building documentation, improved occupant productivity, and verification that the systems perform in accordance with the owner's project requirements. • LEED Certification Management/Documentation Services
  AST provides documentation services for projects seeking LEED® Certification. AST will pick the appropriate green standards for the project and manage the process of securing credits and proper documentation of the project's environmental achievement for submittal to the US Green Building Council.
